Wednesday 4/2 - Dorothy, Lion, Glinda. BRING SOMETHING TO RECORD YOUR MUSIC SO YOU CAN PRACTICE AT HOME - EVEN IF IT IS A PHONE RECORDING IT WILL HELP. / ALL ARTISTS REQUIRED - WE WILL BE DOING SETS.
Sunday 4/6 - FULL CAST & CREW DRESS REHEARSAL WITH SETS AND LIGHTS - ALL COSTUMES - ALL MAKEUP (Max factor tan#2 or similar is recommended for everyone, lipstick, blush, mascara, eyeliner, cold cream, wash-cloth, tissues, cotton, small towel, etc...) I have witch green, tinman needs silver (and ax) and lion & scarecrow need brown and black eye-liner to draw on face. NO SNEAKERS - DRESS SHOES ONLY. ** you are responsible for your own costumes **

- Wednesday 4/16 - All involved in the JITTERBUG SCENE must show up tonight from 6:00 to 8:00 - this dance must be completed tonight. / ALL ARTISTS REQUIRED - WE WILL BE DOING SETS.

Sunday 4/20 - 1st performance at 2:30 - all group members must be in the gym by 12:30 THE LATEST. Eat before you come and no dairy products. Bring water bottle with your name on it. STRONG FATHERS AND MOTHERS WILLING TO HELP SETUP THE STAGES PLEASE MEET ME THERE AT 9:30 - 10:30AM THE LATEST.

Wednesday 4/23 - ALL SINGING/SOLO LEADS
Saturday 4/26 - 2nd performance at 6:30 - all group members must be in the gym by 4:00 / 4:30 THE LATEST. Eat before you come and no dairy products. Bring water bottle with your name on it. STRONG FATHERS AND MOTHERS WILLING TO HELP SETUP THE STAGES PLEASE MEET ME THERE AT 2:30 - 3:00 THE LATEST.

The playbill will be going to the printer next Monday. Any straggling ads you may have MUST BE IN BY SUNDAY APRIL 13th.

If you have not handed in your who's who yet, EMAIL IT TO ME (I won't have to retype it too much I can copy and paste).

Keep an eye out in ALL LOCAL PAPERS I sent the pictures from yesterday out to all of them. If you see ANY pictures please let me know or just get me a copy. THANKS!

Parents needed to help during the show in the munchkin dressing room and the boys dressing room. Please let me know which room your child is in and the date you can help. I need to write up a schedule for each dressing room. THIS IS MAJOR! The kids can't do it without you - they really need you to remind them to stay in control.

Girlscouts need to let me know who is ushering.

Cast party may be the weekend of June 21st or June 28th, please let me know if there are any events I am not aware of before I book the BBQ on the calendar.

T-shirt orders will begin signatures sometime next week.

I can't think of anything else right now, but I'm sure I missed something.

Full sound check will be for the final dress on 4/16

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a junior show, this is the full-length musical version that is most closely related to the MGM Movie Version. All children and teens are welcome to join on stage, and all adults are welcome to help backstage. Remember because this is not a "junior version" there will be many many lines to remember.
GENERAL REHEARSAL DATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1) Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:00 pm from October 3rd through April 25th
2) Every Sunday from 12:00pm to 4:00pm from February 9th* through April 18th (* maybe in basement due to baketball finals)
3) Performances are April 19, 20, 26 & 27th - Saturday Evening 6:30pm and Sunday afternoon Matinee at 1:30
